ARC August TBR

Hey, everyone! I've been really busy lately, and because of that, I'm probably one of the last ones to let you know, but I'm participating in my first ever ARC August this year! And this event couldn't have come at a better time because I have a pile of ARCs waiting for me to read them.

You may remember that at this point last year, I'd only been blogging for a few weeks, and I'd already read the few ARCs that I had in my possession. So that means that I am extremely excited to be able to join in on all of the ARC August fun.
In case you don't know, ARC August is hosted by Octavia and Shelly at Read.Sleep.Repeat. You can find out more information about the event and sign up on their blog, which can be found here.

Will Things Differ on The Hardcover Lover this Month?

I won't lie to you... things will be a little different but in a good way.

With me working more this week, and school going back soon, I'll probably only be reading my collection of ARCs. That means that I won't be reading or posting reviews for backlisted books unless my sister decides to review a few.

Other than that, you'll still see meme posts, and reviews. The only thing that will be different about the reviews is that you'll see the above image included somewhere in the post and they will all be ARC reviews.

What Will Erin be Reading?

I'm kind of lucky because I have a nice stack of August and September releases on my desk, so I'll be reading a few of those. A few of the titles are ones that are highly anticipated, so I'll be doing my best to read them before they are released. (Spoiler alert... two of my ARCS are being published tomorrow, so I might have a review for just one of them posted soon.)

Below, you'll find a picture (from my Instagram) that shows just a few of the titles I'll be reading. Other books I'll be adding to the list are:
  • Dumplin' by Julie Murphy
  • The Boy Most Likely To by Huntley Fitzpatrick
  • Because You'll Never Meet Me by Leah Thomas
So... let's get reading! I have a busy day of reading planned today with Never Always Sometimes by Adi Alsaid. Oh, and by the way, there will be a swag giveaway posted either here or on Twitter after my review for Adi's sophomore novel goes live, so keep your eyes peeled!
